Coconut Apple Crisp

Servings: 2-4

Apple Filling

    • 6 apples, cored and chopped
    • 2 tbsp maple syrup
    • 2 tbsp coconut oil
    • 2 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/2 tsp cloves
    • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Crumble Topping

    • pinch of salt
    • 1/4 cup almond flour
    • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
    • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
    • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
    • 2 tbsp coconut oil
    • 2 tbsp maple syrup
    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree Celsius.
    2. Combine all apple filling ingredients in one bowl.
    3. Combine all crumble topping ingredients in another bowl.
    4. Oil an oven safe pan with coconut oil.
    5. Spoon the fruit mixture into the bottom, then sprinkle the crumble mixture on top.
    6. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes until the crumble is browned.
    7. Serve with some vegan ice cream, optional.
    8. Enjoy!
